Chief Curiosity Officer and Official CLC Bunny
Scout is the small but mighty symbol of Cindy Leonard Consulting LLC. Named in part for Scout Finch, she is curious, observant, independent, and entirely unimpressed by nonsense.
Her responsibilities include scouting smarter paths forward, asking inconvenient but useful questions, detecting unnecessary complexity, and staring judgmentally at Frankenstacks until someone agrees to clean them up. She does not attend meetings, answer email, or complete timesheets, but otherwise contributes considerably to the firm.
She represents the CLC belief that thoughtful work can be strategic, practical, compassionate, and still have a little personality.
Specialties: curiosity, creative problem-solving, nonprofit technology, strategic thinking, and looking adorable while maintaining firm professional boundaries.
